Above: Soft cookies with white chocolate chunks, cranberries and macadamia nutsNormally, I'm not a fan of white chocolate but there always is an exception, right? I love white chocolate chunks in these cookies because they go so well with tanginess of cranberries and buttery flavor of macadamia nuts. I strongly recommend all cookie monsters to try them.
