Above: Dark chocolate cookies with dried bing cherries When the word 'blackforest' is appeared every sweet tooth person can easily decode that the particular menu must consists of chocolate and cherry. Aside from prominent Blackforest cake we are all familiar with, this soft cookies is another wicked example. It made from dark semi sweet chocolate and dried bing cherries are generously added. One of my best-selling items and one of my favorite cookies also.
