I'm so glad I eventually find the perfect recipe for cheesecake. Both ingredients and methods are simple but, surprisingly, the result is fantastic. I give my customers three choices of topping; cherries, blueberries or peach. If you are an 'indecisive' person like me, you can simply let your cheesecake sing trio for you.
