Above: Soft and chewy cookies with raisin, coconut, chocolate chip and nutsI give my customers vast array of cookie choices and this is another one. Some could be fooled by its similar look to the Classic chocolate chip cookies(see older post) but they are different. This one consists of lots of ingredients beyond chocolate chip such as shredded dried coconut and raisin. The cookies are soft and chewy just the way I like.
