Above: Three-layer coffee cake with coffee pastry cream and Kahlua whipped cream
This is a Happy Birthday cake for my best friend. Although she placed the order on the day my baking schedule is quite crammed, I was happy and more than willing to bake for her. Recently, we have scarcely seen each other, so I decided to deliver her order by myself. When I had received her call reporting impressive feedback of her and the guests towards my cake and cookies, I felt so overwhelmed. It really is worth putting all energy and my whole heart in every piece of my products.

Classic chocolate chip cookies
Above: Classic chocolate chip cookies, very soft and chewy!!
Speaking of cookies, chocolate chip is the simplest but best one! More often than not, customers who would love to have cookies ask for it. It seems to me that some customers take chocolate chip cookies as a sample menu they firstly order to test the 'cookie style' of the bakery. If the chocolate chip cookies matches their appetite, the rest order of other cookies in product list is likely to come. Despite the fact of being the most common member of its family, it is the classic and most important menu. Cookies representative it is!
Mississippi mud cupcakes
Above: Chocolate cupcakes with ground Oreo cookies and chocolate chip topping
Mississippi mud cupcakes are pretty as much as delicious. It is the best treat for children obviously because of two reason; ground Oreo cookie and chocolate chip. The cake itself is very soft and rich in chocolate. Another good point of those cupcakes is they can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for 3 days. Personally, I love having them on the next morning after they are baked. You would be surprised to see how they get even moister.

Festive cookies

Less is more is classic quote but here I would say 'MORE IS MORE!' I call these cookies 'festive' cookies because they remind me of celebratory period when people come together and a variety of food is served. I compare the cookie base as a plate where many things are added. The ingredients are everything you wish to find in a piece of cookies; nuts, chocolate chunks and dried fruit like sour cherries and apricots. They are soft and chewy and oh-soooo-delicious. My customers often order them to be a gift and I agree these cookies are the perfect choice!

White chocolate chip and cranberries cookies

Normally, I'm not a fan of white chocolate but there always is an exception, right? I love white chocolate chunks in these cookies because they go so well with tanginess of cranberries and buttery flavor of macadamia nuts. I strongly recommend all cookie monsters to try them. A customer of mine addicts to this menu, she order them more than 50 pieces a time. I am glad to know that her family members love them too. Thank you for your kind support naka Khun Jit:)

Raisin and coconut cookies
Above: Soft and chewy cookies with raisin, coconut, chocolate chip and nuts
I give my customers vast array of cookie choices and this is another one. Some could be fooled by its similar look to the Classic chocolate chip cookies(see older post) but they are different. This one consists of lots of ingredients beyond chocolate chip such as shredded dried coconut and raisin. The cookies are soft and chewy just the way I like.

Blackforest cookies
Above: Dark chocolate cookies with dried bing cherries
When the word 'blackforest' is appeared every sweet tooth person can easily decode that the particular menu must consists of chocolate and cherry. Aside from prominent Blackforest cake we are all familiar with, this soft cookies is another wicked example. It made from dark semi sweet chocolate and dried bing cherries are generously added. One of my best-selling items and one of my favorite cookies also.

The pursuit of young coconut
Above: Soft-like-feather coconut cake with coconut whipped cream and juicy coconut meat. Best selection to finish your meal during this season!!
Everybody in my family drinks coconut juice and eat its meat at least twice a week, no special purpose we just love it, that's all. Though a seller guarantees he selects the best ones for us, we really can't predict what we may find inside. Sometimes we are lucky enough to find young coconut we are looking for, but mature coconut whose meat is so tough is not something surprising. That's why I had not put young coconut cake in my menu despite mom's constant proposal. Few months ago I got good news, my uncle met an owner of coconut farm who promise to supply us tender meat of young coconut whenever we want. Perfect! After a testing period, I decided this supplier is trustworthy. Then, young coconut cake eventually finds its way to exist in the product lists. Today the coconut supplier and my uncle become close friends because of my continuing demand of his high-quality coconut. Overflowing numbers of orders keep coming and I think there must be something to do with the fiery hot weather of the approaching summer when people prefer to have light dessert.

Mandarin cake
Above: Two-layer soft orange cake with orange curd and Cointreau whipped cream, garnished with fresh mandarin orange
I always love cake with fruits because it can freshen me up and one day I got a chance to pass on this favor to others. A customer asked me to bake orange cake for her get-together party and I was very proud to present her my oh-so-orange cake. There are two layers of super soft orange cake. In the middle is tangy orange curd made from freshly squeezed Sunkist orange. The cake is covered with Cointreau (orange liquor) whipped cream. Finally, it is garnished with Mandarin orange. I received really good feedback from this menu. On top of that, I am delighted to know more people out there become a fan of fresh fruit cake like me :)

Oatmeal cookies with macadamia
Above: Oatmeal cookies with dried coconut, chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts
These cookies can be categorized as a healthy snack I think. The reason is it's very less in sugar, on the other hand, so high in fiber. It consists of oatmeal, dried shredded coconut, macadamia nuts and dark chocolate chunk. Umm...m, sounds great, isn't it? Who says healthy food can't be delicious?!! Let they try this and they will certainly change their mind.

To-die-for brownie
Above: Fudgy chocolate brownie served warm with a scoop of ice-cream
I strongly recommend those who are in favor of brownie to try this. I always receive repeated orders of this fudgy brownie because once you tried you can't stop yourself from munching on it. It really is something to die for, my brother told me he can do anything in this world just to make me bake the brownie for him everyday! It is best served warm with a scoop of ice-cream of your choice (for me vanilla is the classic flavor and goes so good with chocolate.) This menu will come with serving suggestion where I will tell you the secret to how to reach the utmost deliciousness of brownie!!
Kahlua cheesecake
Above: Kahlua-flavored cheesecake on chocolate crust, decorated with Ferrero.
Coffee addicts and cheesecake lovers must fall in love with the Kahlua cheesecake. I put Ferrero on top on each slice not only for a purpose of garnishing but also for an additional taste which make this cake even more wonderful.

The ultimate cheesecake
Above: Cheesecake with three different toppings; blueberries, cherries and peach decorated with whipped cream border
Best-ever and most 'cheesylicious' cheesecake of all!! I'm so glad I eventually find the perfect recipe for cheesecake. Both ingredients and methods are simple but, surprisingly, the result is fantastic. I give my customers three choices of topping; cherries, blueberries or peach. If you are an 'indecisive' person like me, you can simply let your cheesecake sing trio for you.

Velvety chocolate mousse cake
Above: Chocolate mousse and sponge cake on hazelnut crunch crust
As you can see this cake consists of three parts; the first layer is chocolate mousse which is soft like velvet, the second is chocolate sponge cake sprinkled with Cointreau (orange flavor liquor), the bottom is hazelnut crunch crust that is crisp and full of toasty aroma of roast nuts. They go together oh-so-very-well. A fan of mousse cake knows that this cold cake must be refrigerated at all time. To contradict its type of being 'cold cake', it has been selling like 'hot cakes' since I had it on my menu.

Chequerboard cake
Above: Chocolate and vanilla butter cake with chocolate whipped cream
This cake requires somewhat more efforts to make than usual I admit but I do enjoy baking it very much. Every time I receive notes from my customers about the impressiveness of their guests (and the host also:))when they cut and found pretty black and white butter cake laying itself alternately, I feel my endeavor already worth it all. Moreover, it tastes just perfect with chocolate whipped cream applied on top and between each layer.

For-the-sake-of-chocolate cake
Above: Dark semi-sweet chocolate cake with vanilla cream filling, covered with chocolate ganache
The name says it all, this chocolate cake tastes so 'chocolatey' rich. It has four layers which are separated by vanilla cream filling, then covered with dark semi -sweet chocolate ganache. I took quite some times to make decision which pictures I should post because I baked countless pieces of this chocolate cake. A regular customer of mine is so nice, she always celebrates her family members' birthday with my cake and her choice must be For-the-sake-of-chocolate cake since everyone in her family is a chocoholic!!
It is gorgeous whether in square shape or round shape alike. Only I will recommend my customers who have long wording to choose the square one which provide more space to write :)
Strawberry and fresh cream cake
Above: Milky soft cake with strawberry and whipped cream, decorated with vanilla wafers
I think strawberry and whipped cream is a perfect combination which is always delicious. This is one of my best-selling items; milky soft cake covered with special recipe whipped cream, layered and topped with lots of strawberries. They are just so outstanding when placed on top of white whipped cream, don't you agree?
