White chocolate ruffle cake



Above: Chocolate velvet cake with milk or dark chocolate cream filling and white chocolate frosting, exquisitely garnished with white chocolate curls.

What a romantic way to say 'Happy Birthday' and 'I love you' at the very same time by giving your beloved a HEART cake. This must be the most passionate cake I have ever baked so far. Also, it can be made in a classic round shape as shown in the first picture. The ivory colour cake is just so beautiful when pastel wordings are written on. White chocolate ruffles are very fragile and super cute when matched with the cake too.

*Please noted that varied shade of the two cakes is caused by different source of light in photo shoot.
